You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.

* Absolutely No children are allowed unless being serviced. If you show for your appointment with a child or anyone who is not being serviced you will not be serviced & asked to reschedule your appointment. You will be charged the no show fee. Space is limited.

 

** Service times may run over we ask that clients be considerate of other client services. (It's rare but some clients could unexpectedly require extra time) We appreciate your patience and value everyone's time.

 

*** We allow 15 min. grace to clients who may be late. (We do understand that things happen, however if you have a history of being late or no call no show for appointments we may have to discontinue your services as everyone's time is valuable and it's not fair to clients who are able to be on time and show for appointments).

 

We reserve the right to accept or decline services to anyone who is not compliant with these and other policies in place.
